Using DOS Command Line instruction for IPCONFIG and PING.

In this section, we will look at two most widely used command Prompt instruc­tions, IPCONFIG and PING.

IPCONFIG is used to check IP Address related information of the present computer

PING is used to check communication between two computers, VMs or even Networks

4.1.Access Command Prompt

IPCONFIG and PING commands are assigned through Windows DOS Command Prompt. To access the command prompt, follow these steps:

1)In Windows Operating System, click on the Start button.

2)In the Search box, type-in CMD, then from search result, click on cmd.exe to open the Command Prompt.

4.2.Apply IPCONFIG Command

As mentioned before, IPCONFIG command is used to check IP Address related information of the present computer. There are two variations of this command. One is IPCONFIG, which is used to view simple IP Address of the computer; second one is IPCONFIG /ALL, which is used to view detailed IP Address information of the computer.

note:  Following steps are performed on VM1

Follow these steps to apply IPCONFIG command:

1)At the DOS command prompt, type-in ipconfig and press Enter (or Return) key.

2)Check the Ethernet Adapter Local Area Connection information.

Displays IPv6, IPv4, Subnet Mask and Default Gateway information

Also displays other Local Area Connection information

note:  If you are connected to your network through Wireless Connection or Wifi, it should also be listed here. Alternatively, you an also type-in ipconfig /all command, to display detailed information about the Windows IP Configuration.

3)Repeat the above steps to display IP Address information for VM2 and Host Computer.



Trazodone is used for treating depression.

Trazodone for sleep dosage of 4 mg/kg. The two doses of zolpidem in combination with naltrexone at the maximum and lowest effective doses were taken on a weekly basis. Both drugs did not produce a marked withdrawal syndrome in the sleep-dependence portion of sleep deprivation test, probably because naltrexone alone can inhibit the GABA, Serotonin, and GABA B receptors that inactivate the activity of noradrenaline and dopamine reuptake. The two doses of naltrexone and zolpidem order generic trazodone may have helped counter the inhibition of norepinephrine uptake by zolpidem at lower doses (Fig. 5). Both drugs were given at the doses recommended by their manufacturers. nNREM sleep time was significantly (p ≤ 0.05) decreased after sleep deprivation; however, zolpidem produced a greater decrease in nREM sleep time (p = 0.04). Sleep-dependent memory (p< 0.05) was lower for the zolpidem than naltrexone groups (p< 0.05). Note that although the drug effect was significantly less for zolpidem than naltrexone, there might be no interaction. Effects of Sleep Deprivation for Sleep-Dependence Memory The effects of naltrexone, zolpidem, and the combination of naltrexone zolpidem (20 mg/kg/day) on sleep-dependent memory are indicated in Table 5. The results demonstrate that all of the studied drugs could enhance sleep. There was no significant interaction of the zolpidem and naltrexone on sleep-dependent memory, at most it may have been slightly enhanced, though the difference was not statistically significant. In contrast to the results of our sleep deprivation study (Table 4), naltrexone alone can enhance sleep, and the effect is considerably stronger than that of zolpidem. This behavior indicates that both the N-acetyltransferase and gamma-aminobutyric acid systems have complex actions on sleep, where the enhanced sleep might also trazodone insomnia uk be the consequence of compensatory alterations in other mechanisms (Sakai, 2003; Sakai and Oka, 2009). Effects of Sleep Deprivation on Norepinephrine-Dependent Learning and Memory The effects of sleep and deprivation on learning memory are illustrated in Figure 2a and 2b, respectively. The sleep-induced sleep deprivation caused an increase in sleep time (p< 0.05). The reduction in activity, decreased performance the cued recognition task, and change in subjective perception of sleepiness were all significantly increased with sleep deprivation. Norepinephrine infusion (n = 14) improved memory performance as evidenced by significantly higher performance than that in the absence of norepinephrine infusion (Figure 2c,d). These results were identical to the performance results of sleep deprivation in the recognition memory task (delta: p< 0.05, 0.001).
